Had really nice stay for 2 nights, the staff were excellent, location was amazing to a supermarket. The breakfast served was savoury with views of the Knysna Heads. Location: the hotel was short walk to the iconic Knysna Heads as well as the lagoon with great views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Everything was simply very good.

Such a fairly nice stay for 2 nights. Everything was amazing, fairly clean hotel, great and brilliant location in a Milkwood forest. Savoury and tasty breakfast for the start of the day with views of the Knysna Heads. The accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff all round.

Everything was really good, competent staff, magnificent views of the bay. We ate at a pleasant restaurant with a beautiful view at walking distance from the chalet. It included an electric kettle, a microwave, and a personal safe, and the bed was very comfy. The location was stunning and incredible, not too far away from Knysna Heads. There were a market and boutiques around the hotel.

The staff are good, managed the parking outside. The rooms are gorgeous, cosy, and come with an electric kettle, a microwave, and a personal safe. The bed is lovely, really! It offers excellent services.
